Saints Circles: We made Spiritual Bouquets for Pope Leo XIV. How exciting to have a Pope who was not only born in the US, but with local connections too!

Virtue Awards:
Mrs. Rotondi awarded Carleigh with FORTITUDE for her dedication to learning and improving. And Mrs. Hall honored Sareene for always doing all her work on time! And Mrs. O’Callaghan recognized the 6th grade for their FAITH, guidance, and leadership during Living Stations before Easter Break. And congratulations to our Penn Relay runners!
Saints Circles:
We remember the Holy Father, who went home to be with Jesus just one day after celebrating His Glorious Resurrection. ❤️
Pope Francis always reminded us of God’s Mercy. In our small groups we created a memorial to him.
Mrs. O’Callaghan also explained how a new Pope is elected. We may get to watch some of the process here in school.

Race for Education update--Two weeks in and we're over $3000 already! Congratulations to Amari & Harper, our two top fundraisers as of last Wednesday. Pre-K leading the way! Still lots of time. Pre-K 4 had their Easter egg Hunt today, with help from 7th grade -- their future church buddies! Special thanks to Miss Atkinson, Mrs. Fitzgerald, Mrs. Pearson, Miss Marazzo, Miss Hollinger, and our 7th graders for making sure our Pre K 4 Little Saints Easter Egg hunt was a success! Monday Morning Magic April 14 - last one until spring break!
Virtue awards: Mrs. Tell honored Camila for PRUDENCE, for being new to the school but jumping right in, getting involved in school activities and getting all her work done! Miss Campanell awarded Isabella and Alejandra for CHARITY for helping coach and cheer on their classmates at Saturday’s track meet.
Saints Circles: Mrs. Melchiorre from the SPS PTA came to visit, to talk about the Race for Education, and how important it is to fundraise for our school. Who is the one teacher we will have all our lives? Jesus! We here at St. Peter are so lucky to have Jesus as our teacher, to have a community that cares about our success, and our greater goal to serve God! Students in their circles talked about their favorite Bible Story, and a few groups were called upon to act them out! (We have David and Goliath, and Jesus feeding the 5,000 pictured :)
This year's Race for Education is May 23. Thank you to all our family and friends for their support! And now it's time for a blessed, and grateful, Holy Week. Let's Go Saints!
