St. Peter student MJ Wermuth in A Christmas Story

Congratulations to St. Peter School 7th grader MJ Wermuth, who will be playing the role of "Scut Farkus" in the Walnut Street Theatre's holiday production of A CHRISTMAS STORY!

MJ is a member of the St. Peter School Choir, having performed with the choir since 4th grade. He also played the role of John in St. Peter's 2024 production of PETER PAN, Jr. MJ also performs regularly with the Cherry Hill Performing Arts Center.

MJ is also very active in St. Peter activities, including basketball, track, Saints of Service, and serves as a Student Ambassador. He's also an honor student--even with rehearsals for A Christmas Story he earned First Honors in the first marking period!

A CHRISTMAS STORY opens at the Walnut Street Theatre on Tuesday, November 18. MJ is in the Weekday cast, performing Tuesday through Thursday, as well as Fridays in November and December 26.
