Register for 2024-2025

We are now accepting new students for the 2024-2025 School Year.

Applications for the current school year, 2023-2024, are available on an invitation-only basis.

We do permit transfers in the event of students moving out of state, or experiencing serious issues at their current school. Contact Amy Hollinger, Advancement Director, to discuss the application process for a mid-year transfer.

A $125 registration fee is also due at the time of submission ($150 late registration fee after June 1).

For grades K-8: In addition to the application, all families applying for grades K through 8 must meet with the principal. Any any IEP or ISP and the past two years of report cards must be reviewed before enrollment will be considered. Student shadow days can be scheduled before or after the application is submitted.

Important: To be considered for Tuition Assistance, parents and students must complete the online application, as well as the Financial Aid form.

Tuition Assistance is not available for Pre-School.

Wait list policy

If a particular class is full, we will operate a wait list.

To be considered for the wait list, students must complete the full application, upload supporting documents, and submit the registration fee. Students in grades K-8 must meet with the principal; a Shadow Day (or other in-school visit, for younger students) is also recommended even if the student will be on a wait list.

If we are not able to place your child in a classroom by Monday, August 12, will we refund your registration fee.

However, you can choose to remain on the wait list in the event of any mid-year cancellations. We stop accepting mid-year transfers on October 31. Any remaining registration fees for students who were not placed in a classroom will be refunded in the first week of November.

Students we were not able to place are welcome to apply again for the following year; we will notify you when applications open for new families in January.

Enrollment Deadlines and Mid-Year Transfers

The final day to enroll for the 2024-2025 school year is August 12, 2024. Any applications received after August 12 will be placed on a wait list.

After that time, if space is available in the class, students who apply after August 12 and have not visited while school is in session will be expected to make an in-school visit or a Shadow Day between September 9-20. The final day for enrollment for mid-year transfer students is October 31.

Choosing a school is a serious decision for your and your family, and we want to be sure you and your child are comfortable with our school, curriculum, and policies before enrolling.
