Lunch orders must be made by the previous Thursday at 8pm for the upcoming week. Unfortunately we can’t accept late orders after this for the next week. We encourage you to order lunches a month at a time. You may also order daily or weekly instead.
After Care payments must be made by 10:00 am the day that you need After Care. You may pay for After Care for the entire month, for the week, or for the day.
Before Care payments must be made the day before you need Before Care. You may pay for Before Care for the entire month, for the week, or for the day.
Before and After Care
Available to enrolled students in grades Pre-K through 8
The Program will operate on those days when school is in session, including 11:30 dismissal days.
Before School Hours
6:30 AM until 7:30 AM. Pre-K students may also attend Before Care from 7:30 until 8:00.
Before School Drop Off
Children may enter through school door(#7) on the convent side of the building.
After School Hours
2:30 PM until 6:00 PM
After School Pick Up
Children may be picked up at the school door (#7) on the convent side of the building. Only approved chaperones with a picture on file may pick up a child at any time.
Late Pick Up
If you are going to be late for any reason, please call or make alternate arrangements. Parents of children picked up after 6:00 will be charged $1.00 for every minute after 6:00.
$5.00 per hour. You must prepay for each session. Payment is due the day before your child will participate in Before Care and the morning of the day your child will participate in After Care.
Your child may be dismissed from the program for repeated inappropriate behavior .
Please provide your child with a snack every day and a lunch on 11:30 dismissal days.
In the after school program, after snack and homework, students will be participating in projects, games and educational videos.
Any child who is absent, or sent home sick during the day may not participate in the after school program.
A minimum $10.00 order is required for new or changed orders – otherwise $1.00 handling fee is charged.
Changes can be made during the open ordering period. Credits for cancellations will be applied to your next order. Once the ordering period has closed, your order is FINAL.
After the ordering period has closed, late orders are NOT accepted. Note: orderlunches.com is not authorized to allow any orders after the menu has closed.
Credits are applied due to illness – Call: Mrs. Bilinsky 856-665-5837 in the school office by 9:00 am. Lunch credit will only be applied if you call on the day your child is sick.
If you believe there was a mistake of any kind with your order, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate the potential error and use all methods available to ensure the mistake is satisfied.
Students who forget their lunch will be asked to speak with Mrs. Tahenakos for an emergency lunch. Please note you will be billed for this lunch.
Make sure you have an email address in your profile to receive notifications including ordering reminders, important communication, confirmations, password resets AND add email@example.com to your email safe list.
An icon will display for field trips and/or no lunch days, etc.
The program accepts payment by Debit Card or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard & Discover.
Be sure to proceed to checkout and process your payment. Orders that are left in the shopping cart will NOT be processed and your student(s) will not be included in the lunch service.
Card Payments After entering your card information, do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed. If a confirmation page is not displayed, do not attempt to enter payment again, as this may result in duplicate charges.
